The meticulous attention to detail in the production of the Avenger reflector is second to none.

The high quality aluminium used for the Avenger reflector is placed in an electroplating bath with zero oxygen, so no rusting can occur. Next it’s fired in a kiln to 6000°C, then coated with molten titanium and silica to maintain ultimate reflect ability.

Finally 40 ton pressure rollers are pushed over the aluminium to apply the unique hammered pattern. The unique pattern of dimples causes light particles to diffuse chaotically and to reach plants from all directions and into lower leaves rather than just being focussed on the central canopy.

Throughout the manufacturing process the 2 wings that will make-up each Avenger remain together. This is because aluminium sheets can have a difference in thickness of 5%, by keeping each pair together the curve on the finished wing is perfectly even ensuring greater consistency of light spread.

The avenger comes fully equipped with the Super Spreader – This addition to the reflector spreads light and heat so that the Adjust-A-Wings can be placed closer to plants than any other reflector, replicating the intensity of light in the height of summer without burning plants or creating hot spots.
